Starting around Thursday and continuing through Sunday, today, every iPad user in my ward has complained about missing information in Member Tools. The information that should have been in their Directory was blank. Under Organizations, different ones were missing, to the tune of about half of them in each case.
Did an information server go down? Is there some other explanation? The ward clerk is busy printing lists of ward leaders so they will be able to function this week.
We have run the table on solutions. No one who went so far as to uninstall the app has been successful in reinstalling. No one has been able to regain the information they lost using refresh or other syncing methods.
