In our Bishopric meeting this weekend, we discussed identifying where members are on the covenant path. We thought it'd be great to have a dashboard that highlights those that we should focus our efforts and attention on. The only way I could think to do that was if the Church let us connect and API to the system and pull that data - which I'm almost certain would be a fast "no" in response.
Other than that, and just looking at each member individually (which is likely how we'll have to do it) have others had ideas/thoughts on how this can be done?
Thanks, in advance, for your help!
Terry Ballard

Re: Covenant Path dashboard
The tool used for this purpose is the Covenant Path Progress report. That report along with the Finding Lost Members report are used to track and plan missionary work in your unit. Those reports are found in LCR > Reports > Missionary Reports.
More information can be found in the Help Center article Covenant Path Progress Report. The article includes a link to a training presentation.

Thanks for the reply JD. I was hoping someone might be aware of anything beyond this so we wouldn't have to continually engage in single/separate reviews of individuals.

I'd just add that it's always good for Bishoprics to remind themselves that these efforts are now intended to be delegated to the EQ & RS, who then (as indicated in the training materials) involve ministering brothers and sisters in tracking and supporting new-member progress. When this occurs, during Ward Councils the EQ and RS could themselves provide the updates, based on their ministering interviews and ongoing communication with their org members. And this offloads the need for Bishoprics to have a separate review of individuals as an agenda item in Bishopric meetings, while still allowing for specific discussion of individuals based off of Ward Council feedback.tballard wrote: Mon May 20, 2024 3:11 pm Thanks for the reply JD. I fully understand that different wards have different needs, and perhaps your Bishopric is intentionally tracking individual new member progress. So just my two cents.
