Calendar Unavailable / Unresponsive

Calendar Unavailable / Unresponsive
Access to the calendar through a web browser has been painfully slow this weekend - takes forever to load, if it ever does load. Having same experience across multiple browsers. Anyone else having challenges or is this a known issue?

I don't know about access during the time you were experiencing issues but I just checked and it is loading just fine for me using my Windows laptop with Firefox and Chrome browsers. If there was an issue at the Church's end over the weekend they may have fixed it. But since today is a holiday I don't know whether they would have fixed it or the issue was local to your area. It is hard to say.

I had the issue described earlier in the day. It only became accessible in the last couple of hours.

I have not been able to get in at all today on my browser. I have tried 2 different browsers and dumped all cache and everything. They have been saying, "Give us a moment" for 30 minutes now.

Still stuck and won't load. I need to add a funeral to the building and it's frustrating. I've tried (3) browsers, and (2) devices.

Good to know it's not just me. Now what? Is there a way to submit a trouble ticket or flag for fix?

Similar here. I get the frame, but no calendar. Just a big white page of nothing. Do we have any idea on when it may be resolved?

Trouble tickets can be submitted by those unit leaders with access to Leader and Clerk Resources. It is submitted by going to LCR > Help > Contact Us and filling in the text boxes for Create a Case. I suspect there is a cookie issue here since I have not experienced any issues with the Calendar until late tonight when I got the "Give us a moment" loading error message. But that was overcome by doing a hard refresh or by using the incognito / private window browser mode.

Same issue here - realize this isn't the official Help channel... but am really hopeful this gets resolved. For the last 4-5 days, I have had significantly degraded calendar performance (or complete non-performance). Have tried 4 devices, 3 diff browsers, and also several other users to test if it was a "my account" issue.
Have also deleted all my browsing history, cached content, cookies, etc. for "all time" in my browsers too...
It's an endless "give us a moment" loading loop - no matter the tech-set that I attempt to use.

The Calendar has been down for me yesterday and today, (May 28th and 29th). The website eventually stops trying to load leaving me with just the header for the calendar, but no calendar. Multiple browsers, incognito modes, etc. with the same results. I've got a backlog of updates to make that came in over the holiday, so hopefully it will be back online soon. Does anyone know if the church has a system availability status page for resources like this? Seems like I saw one not too long ago but can't recall.
