Hi,
New Ward Clerk here. For some reason this is the only forum it would let me post to, so if I'm posting in the wrong area, I'm sorry. When I go to LCR, it just reloads repeatedly and endlessly, can't access anything. I wonder if anyone has an idea why this is?

That's interesting this forum was the only one you could post to. I'll try to find a forum more aligned with clerking and/or LCR to move this thread. If I don't succeed at that, perhaps another moderator with more skill at moving threads will do that.
Are you sure your MRN is on your Church Account? If not, you can fix that as the account holder in the Church Account settings area, not in LCR.
There's a difficulty with many Church sites that (one of) the cookies builds up in size until it exceeds a limit and doesn't work. If private or incognito mode solves odd symptoms, that points to the cookie problem as the root cause. Clearing your browser cache and deleting Church-relevant cookies will make the cookie buildup problem go away for a while.
What browser are you using?
