Hello,
A family in our ward had their grandson baptized but the previous ward did not record the baptism. It is past a year and the ward has no information on who interviewed etc. what would be our next steps?

Another idea might be to ask the previous ward to contact their ward mission leader (whoever it was at the time). He may have saved some documentation (an electronic baptismal program he then printed out, etc.), or have some communication (texts/emails) with either the missionaries or other leaders, about who would be participating. If the child was 8 at the time, the same question might be put to the other ward's Primary President.
