Never held a recommend report

I am a YSA stake clerk. I am trying to generate a report of YSA in our stake who have never held any type of Temple Recommend. Could someone help me find the parameters within "create a report" that might generate such a list?

It's not quite the same, but I found almost what you're looking for.

The recommend status is either Active, Expired, something else, or blank.
The blank ones are for anyone who hasn't had a recommend since they updated the system like 8 or so years ago.
This means that the only people who have a blank for it, either never got a renewed recommend after their mission, and they're like 30, or they got a limited-use recommend a long time ago and haven't been since they were a youth, or they've never been to the temple at all. If they're a younger ysa, they haven't gone, if they're an older YSA, it's possible they have.

I am unable to understand where you get to the report you are referencing that shows "blank" under recommend type. Could you kindly step me though the links from the home page of LCR?

We use the following custom report filter options for our never held a TR YSA

Age Is or Greater than 18
Age Is or less than 30
Marriage Status is Single
Endowment Status is Not Endowed
Temple Recommend Expiration Date Has No Value

It does capture people that were never baptised, but you can add a baptism date filter too if needed.
