Im the executive secretary in our ward and am looking for better collaboration tools for our bishopric and ward council. We communicate effectively with text and Circles, but theres a big need for asyncronous collaboration and information sharing. Think of: detailed plans for the ward conference, ideas for ward activities, lists of people with musical talent, etc.
Google docs works for some of this, but it’s not a true knowledge management or collaboration tool. People are constantly asking “whats the link to that doc again?”
In professional life, we use tools like Confluence and Notion for this kind of collaboration. These are cost prohibitive and come with a high “administration tax” to use in our wards.
It seems that this kind of functionality could/should exist within the Living app. We can already write, organize, and even share “Thoughts”. What if we could maintain and collaborate on shares “Thoughts” or pages in the app?
It would allow is to share pages/folders by calling as well as among Circle-groups or individuals. This would be a powerful feature for bishoprics, ward councils, and presidencies.

Re: Collaboration Features for Gospel Living
I think it would be great from my point of view as well as we think about privacy when counseling and tracking extra presidency or ward-council level ministering efforts for specific individuals. I'd rather have that more sensitive data protected under church security protocols than out in Google docs, Trello boards, and all of the other tools we tend to use when tracking our efforts.
