I am unable to access the Church's catalog with my account.

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

I am unable to access the Church's catalog with my account.
I was constantly using my account to access the Church Library catalog, but suddenly, I no longer have access. I used my wife's and friends' accounts, and they are working fine. The problem is with my account. Could someone please help me with this?

I've seen this before as well (to clarify for anyone else reading, this is the Church History Catalog, not to be confused with the Online Store catalog).
Usually the fix for me is to clear the cookies in my browser for *.churchofjesuschrist.org. If that doesn't work, you may need to use the Feedback button at the bottom to send feedback to the development team.

Another way to test this out is to try logging on via a different device. If you find that your church account doesn't allow access to the Catalog on multiple devices, then it may well be an issue with your account (and not something local like the cookie issue previously described). And getting in touch with the dev team may be the best bet.
