Boundary proposal - member residence and activity level
Our stake is developing a boundary proposal affecting multiple units. The boundary proposal tool requires the ward (or stake) leaders to confirm the membership residences and activity levels within the affected units. Otherwise, there is a red exclamation mark beside an affected unit indicating these tasks are undone. However, the boundary proposal tool also allows us to undertake to confirm the membership residences and activity levels within the unaffected units. It looks like this is optional since the red exclamation apart does not appear even though these tasks have not been undertaken at all. Can someone confirm that undertaking these tasks for the unaffected units is indeed optional and will not hold up our proposal later?

Re: Boundary proposal - member residence and activity level
That is correct. The point of confirming the residences is that it uses those locations as you draw the new boundaries to calculate the statistics based on those new boundaries.
