Membership tools app hasn’t worked in over a year

Membership tools app hasn’t worked in over a year
For a year or two my membership tools app hasn’t worked. I will log in and it has a black screen, or “failed to upload” “try again later”. I did the obvious uninstall, reinstall many times. I contacted the customer support multiple times and finally they reached out and their advice was to uninstall reinstall like I told them doesn’t work and to make sure the “background refresh” was on. It is. Then they told me to read the FAQ page on the website (which has nothing to do with my problem). Anyone have helpful advice?

The account you are using to post here doesn't have your MRN attached. If you are using this account to try and log in to Member Tools it will have issues. You'll have to use your Church Account that has your MRN attached

I have the same problem. My account DOES have my MRN attached to it.

Have you gone though the steps outlined in the first question of Member Tools Frequently Asked Questions?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
