More information on marking someone unaccountable?

More information on marking someone unaccountable?

I see we can mark someone as unaccountable for a variety of reasons with Bishop's approval.

I'm bringing this up in our Bishopric meeting, and the question has been raised: If we mark this, and the family situation changes and they decide to proceed with ordinances, can this setting/designation as unaccountable be undone?

I believe you can find your answer in 33.6.10 of the General Handbook.
