Weird Language display on Resources Drop Down

So after upgrading to Windows 11 In Chrome or Edge, my work PC now shows a language other than English and very foreign under just the resources drop down. Once I click to go to all resources
The church site is the only one I have this problem on.

The image you included in you post doesn't show, so I don't know exactly what you're referring to.

Look at the URL for the church website. Do you see "?lang=eng" at the end of the URL? If not, you should see "?lang=XXX" where XXX is some other language code. Try replacing that with "eng" and go to the site. It should be in English. Over the years, the church site has periodically had issues of appearing in the wrong language, but without a little more info from you or a screenshot we can see, I don't know what more to tell you.

That doesn't look like a wrong language as much as a corrupted font file. It just happens to be the font that the church webpage uses.

Note that the heading is in English, but the drop down options all seem to be extended characters, not regular characters of any font.
