LCR glitches and bugs

I have contacted Global regarding a member in my ward, requesting to include the mission language on her membership record. You would think, not an issue. But when I tried to do so, the cursor doesn't move, and about 30 seconds later a drop box appears with every line that says "undefined." Global said, that they will pass the issue to IT. That was three weeks ago. Nothing has changed. So, how or what I can do to have this issue resolved?

This is an ongoing problem and is controlled by the missionary department, not the membership department. It is my understanding that the missionary department is getting new software but until that happens, the issue in membership will be unresolved.
