ward history website
I just received the calling of ward historian. Many years ago I was called to be in charge of the ward website, but that job has since been converted, into have no idea how to find the ward history site and could use some help, my bishopric member didn't seem to know much about it either, so any help you can give would be much appreciated? like where is it how do I access, and how does it work? pretty much anything !!

Re: ward history website
The web page is called Unit History on the Church website. There are several methods to get to it. The easiest is to log onto the Church website, click My Home from the menu bar and scroll right/left on the menu links bar until the Unit History tile/link appears. You can reorder the links for your calling to place it early in the list of links if that is how you want to manage your links in your menu bar. Another method is to log onto the Church website; click the Resources menu icon (waffle or grid of 9 square dots icon); click the All Resources button; type "unit history" in the Filter Results search textbox; and click the Unit History link. There are other methods, but those are the two I used the most until I bookmarked the web page.
The Help menu resources on the Unit History page is the best place to learn about the tool. Make sure you go through the entire Quick Start Guide and the FAQs as most questions will be covered in those two menu item resources. There are also some topic threads in the General Clerk Discussions sub forum that have some good information.
