Calendar Preview error

Calendar Preview error

When I click the preview button when setting up new public event I get this error message "Error creating preview. Please refresh and try again." Are there any solution for me to overcome this error? I can't add new events without getting this error. I also get this error when I modify events and no changes are made to the website. The calendar is updated just not the website

Have you tried using incognito mode?

I also don't see a preview button. Are you using the website or an app?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I am using Microsoft Edge and you have to check the public event box to get the preview button. I also tried this in Google Chrome with the same result

Ah, I only have access to the stake calendar and stakes don't have that feature.

Too bad, because I think stakes tend to put on the bigger events that would attract people. Things like a Christmas concert.
