How are Staples Advantage Orders Paid For?

So back in early December we had a lot of funds left in our "Administration" budget but we were pretty low on everything so we placed a big order through Staples Advantage. Order went through and was delivered, we're happy with the stuff...and we were never sent a bill (it's been almost two months). I anticipated that we would get a "Distribution Center Charges" or other type of bill that I'd just edit and take it from our Administration budget but that never happened.

You should have received a charge (in the Distribute Center Charges category) which has a link to an IROP showing the purchase. It should have shown up within a few days of the order being shipped. If you can't find it anywhere in this or last year, you may want to contact the Global Service Department to follow up.

That is 100% what I was expecting but it never showed up. I just went back in and checked (for about the fifth time) and it's not there. I'll follow-up with GSD. Thanks!
