Unable to edit or delete activity

Our building scheduler scheduled a once weekly reoccurring activity, but now there is no way to edit it or delete it. When you click on the activity, the details pop up, but no option to edit or delete. On the calendar itself, it also looks different, there is no colored dot in front of it saying which calendar it belongs to. Though when you click on the activity it says it is on our stake center building calendar. Anybody have any ideas? I have run out of ideas of how to fix this.

Most likely the building scheduler placed it on the location calendar. Only a stake admin or building scheduler over that location has the rights to edit or delete.

As a reminder, unit activities are to be scheduled by the units, not the building scheduler. (That may not be the situation here, but I wanted to cover that.) That instruction can be found in the Help file for the Calendar. (Gear icon, Help)
