Not showing in new ward
I’ve been released from all my church and Temple callings. I’ve also transferred my records to a different ward, but it still says that I am in an old ward with my same callings on my church account and this has prevented me from being able to take on any other callings.

Have you confirmed your record is in the new ward? Go online to the Church website and open the Ward Directory and Map app. If it does not indicate you are in the new ward then contact your new ward's clerk and ask him if your record has been moved in. If you are viewing your information in Member Tools and you are certain your record was moved into your new ward, confirmed by your new ward clerk, then you may need to update Member Tools data. Open Member Tools and in the Settings menu, tap on Refresh Data.
