Study plans won't populate

Study plans won't populate
Could anyone help me know why the study plans won't populate with the automatic study plans? (Like all of President Nelson's talks...) We've tried deleting the app and re-downloading but nothing works. Help!

What OS are you using? Android, iOS, or Windows?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

What do you mean by the study plan not populating?
Is the "Messages from President Nelson" plan missing from the list of study plans?
Or, when you create the plan, is it empty? Or when you create the plan, are some talks missing?
Or, do you have a study plan that you created before last conference, and you're wondering why the most recent conference talks don't show (the study plan contents are fixed at the time the study plan is created; talks aren't added or removed automatically in an existing plan)?

None of the typically available study plans are there. So President Nelson's talks don't show up. Saints, The Book Of Mormon, Studying with Women leaders, etc etc. The study plans that are there available for you typically aren't there. I can create one, but not use the ones that are usually available - those don't show up.

Interesting. Is your phone set to a language other than English in iOS settings? Some languages don't have all of the study plan options.
