Select Hymns in App - No Callings Card available

Select Hymns in App - No Callings Card available
I was just called as Music Coordinator and confirmed that is entered in the system. However, I don't see the option to select hymns in the Gospel Library app/iphone. Other resources said to look at the "Callings Card" in the Gospel Library app, but I can't find it anywhere. Any suggestions?

You might want to make sure you're logged in using your church account. Gospel Library will run (albeit with generic content) if it's not logged in.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I am logged in and see other ward specific info, like RS lessons.

I don't have a "Callings Card" either, but then I don't hold a calling that would have anything there.
You might try pressing the three-dot menu, edit home, and make sure everything is turned on you want to be turned on.

There are several troubleshooting ideas (in case you haven't tried them yet) in the Gospel Library FAQ – scroll down to "Ward and Branch Features." You could also try signing out and back in.

Not a bad idea. The app may not have picked up on your new calling.

I think I figured out the problem. The bishopric gave me the outdated music calling titles. I asked for them to be updated from Music Chairman to Music Coordinator and Ward Pianist to Accompanist. Hopefully that is the problem, because I tried all the other suggestions without success.

What's important is not the name, but that they selected the calling from a standard list and didn't type in the name. Custom callings carry no rights - at all. To get your digital permissions, the calling has to be recorded as a standard calling (from the list). I wouldn't be surprised if they directly went into the "custom calling", and replaced the previous member with the newly-called member.
