Reports for contacting parents of primary children

Hello,

Is there a report to grab the phone numbers of all the parents for each primary class? Right now it allows you to run a report for the phone numbers of the members of the primary class but the kids don't have phones. We want to make it easy for teachers and activity day leaders to contact parents as needed. This seems like it should be fairly simple but is proving quite cumbersome.

Even a custom report cannot get that information. The best a custom report will do is provide the head of household name. It cannot provide the head of household telephone number.
