Media Library/ Images - Index available?

Could you let me know if anyone has an index for the images from the media library? Our meetinghouse library has 500+ printed poster-size images for lessons, etc. These images are coded with an index starting with OQ###, OQ followed by three-digit numbers. The index to the codes has been lost and the poster images are in no logical order. I'm interested if anyone else has seen this or would have ideas on how to re-index the pictures for the teachers to locate and use in lessons. Our meetinghouse does not have TVs or screens for every classroom; for this reason the printed images are still hanging around. Any ideas?
