Tools Profile. Photo upload failed. Please try again later.

I have been trying for weeks to upload a photo to my profile using my iPhone. I have tried different types of images, using an image directly from my camera, different sized images, etc. On each occasion I get an error "Photo upload failed. Please try again later." I have tried in excess of 20 times. I uploaded a photo using the desktop web app which is visible when I look at my profile via browser, but that image does not appear in mobile app.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Most likely someone in the bishopric has to approve the photo before it appears. I'd pester the ward clerk.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
