Assigning Non-Member a MRN for Training

Assigning Non-Member a MRN for Training

How does a non-member create a record of completing the Protecting Children & Youth Training? As of right now, this is tracked by being logged into your account and you cannot complete the training without a MRN. We have non-member serving as an Activity Leader Assistant in Primary and I'd like to make sure there is verifiable record that she completed this training. Any ideas?

I think what would have to happen is have them save a screenshot of their completion of training and have the ward keep that on file.

General Handbook 30.1.3 does allow non-members to hold some callings. It's unclear if which side "Activity Leader Assistant in Primary" falls (allowed or not allowed). Primary music leaders is among the "not allowed".
