Ministering Assignments not Syncing
Months ago I updated ministering assignments. I'm still getting complaints that the app shows their old AND new assignments. Now they don't know what is right and what is wrong. I've told them to trying syncing but it doesn't work.

Sync seems to be iffy. Try having them go into Settings and select "Refresh Data".
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
