LCR Outage and Maintenance Schedule
Is anyone aware of an LCR Outage and Maintenance Schedule? Yesterday LCR was down for multiple users in our ward for a good chunk of the day starting around 11 AM eastern and extending well into the afternoon.

It wasn't scheduled. The forum was out as well. I understand it was caused by a malfunctioning firewall in the datacenter.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Okay, thank you. Wasn't sure because we don't really get updates and when people have issues they ask me. Some predictability for routine maintenance and updates would be good but probably not a big deal because other than outages and Sunday afternoons I'm not hearing of anyone having more than short-term sporadic issues.russellhltn wrote: ↑Thu Mar 06, 2025 8:09 pm It wasn't scheduled. March 11, 2025 at 2:14 EDT (12:14 MST) I can log in, but can't get into LCR and do anything. Tried Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Had the same issue. I called the help desk and they weren't sure if it was routine maintenance or a technical issue. LCR is hit or miss during the week and it is generally painful for us on Sunday when we need it most.

I believe it is a technical issue between interface systems. Another Church site does not recognize I am signed in with my Church Account credentials and returns an Access Denied error.

I'm getting an "access denied" message when trying to access LCR today, 04/23/2025 at 1:40pm Utah. Anyone else getting that? Stake YM president

Have you tried incognito mode to see if it's a cookie build-up problem? Usually when LCR is down, we get a flood of messages.

Sometimes it just gives this access denied or similar notice, but the 2nd attempt one can log in as usual.
