Tactile feedback in sacrament attendance counter tool

I use the counter tool in Tools for counting sacrament attendance. It used to provide tactile feedback each time I tapped to add to the count. That feature was very helpful as it provided feedback that I had tapped it without having to look down at my phone. The last couple weeks it has not provided tactile feedback. Is there some way I can turn tactile feedback back on?

This past Sunday I used the sacrament attendance counter tool and it had tactile feedback again. I don't know what changed. I am just happy it is back!

I wonder if there was an iOS or Android update that broke it temporarily? Or maybe it varies based on your phone ringer silence settings.
EDIT: Actually, it may have been fixed in iOS Member Tools 5.2.1, which was released a week ago.
