Hi I am looking for any advice. I have an iPad running on IOS 16.7.10.
I can install and sync member tools and I use the device security.
The app does not open after I have closed it. I get the light blue screen with the white church picture, then the screen goes to a darker blue and nothing further happens.
Any thoughts as to why this is happening or how I can fix it?

I uninstalled LDSTools. When I launch it I get an Error 400. I deleted tools and updated iOS and then reloaded LDS tools.
Same error and after the 400 error it goes to a blue screen and does not change for 15 mins. I have tried this 4 times. Help Needed !

Apparently, the login screen in Member Tools is actually a web page. Is there anything that might interfere with accessing the church website? Have you tried clearing cookies in your browser?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

My default browser is Safari and I deleted cookies and website data from this app. Unfortunately this has had no effect. Is there something else I could have done?
