Digital layout matching print layout
Is there a way to present the digital layout consistent with the printed layout of the scriptures?

This isn't available in the Gospel Library app; but you could download a PDF of the Book of Mormon and open it in a generic PDF viewing app.
For example, here's the PDF version of the Book of Mormon:
