I know how to create an Out-of-Unit record, but in this case, I have a family with long-term relations with members of our ward but the actual address of the current snowbird condo is in an adjacent ward. They generally stay in our ward due to their relationships. Is there a way to create the OOU record in our ward despite the address conflict?
Their primary desire is to access our unit members' address and phone info and have it with them while they are in their home unit.
Thanks everyone!

Re: Out-of-Unit help
What conflict are you running into? Is there an error message, or something like that you are getting when creating the out-of-unit record?rodneylbrock wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 3:25 pm Is there a way to create the OOU record in our ward despite the address conflict?
The normal procedure in creating an out-of-unit record should not matter, and has not mattered in the past, what address is entered for an out-of-unit record.

Re: Out-of-Unit help
I assumed that the address would be in conflict with the desire to have the OOU record in our unit. I hadn’t even tried it so I’ll do that shortly! Thanks for the help. I hope this will work for them.
