To whom it may concern,
I accepted a shift in the temple portal, and a pop-up window said, "An unexpected error occurred. Please call the Global Services Desk." I'm not sure of the phone number. Does anyone know the phone number?

Your ward clerk or temple recorder will have the number. The temple recorder or his assistant might even be able to help without having to make the phone call.
