Replacing firewall

Post by dnslynn »

It seems that the Wiki is down since May 25 (first I noticed it), or is it just down for me?
I need to replace a firewall and wanted to check the recommended procedure, as linked from the help page
( https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/too ... w?lang=eng ) but that produces a 404 error (as does https://tech.churchofjesuschrist.org/wiki/ ).

Yes, it's down. And the person who handles it is on vacation.

Thanks to Archive.org, you can look and see the older versions.

Looking at the PDF, I think it's current. Just navigate to the old firewall, click on the menu, select "Replace (RMA)", enter the new serial number.

I just did a switch a few days ago and it was a very similar procedure. Supply the replacement s/n, plug in and wait for the magic.
