Does anyone know what it means when you see pending execution for a EFT reimbursement?
This happen for 2 reimbursement last week and they were both approved by 2 leaders but are not showing as clear in the expense summary and the member does not see the funds in their account. Nothing is out of the ordinary for these two expenses as both of these members have been reimbursed many times recently without any issue and I have been a clerk for eight years and I have never seen or notice this before.

Re: EFT pending execution
Can you see an explanation if you hover over the 'i' in the circle?
Has that status resolved itself? If not, how long has it been since the expense reimbursements were approved.

Re: EFT pending execution
Do both members use the same bank? If so, possible bank problem.
Another possibility, is it is a large dollar amount and requires headquarters approval?

Re: EFT pending execution
Attached a view showing EFT is ready to be sent to the bank. Both expenses are under $100 and 1 expense went through fine the same day. The 10th and 17th of June is when both expenses were approved by the Bishopric and both are sitting in the Bishop review. Different members and different banks. I can delete the reimbursement and resubmit it, but I did not want to do that if the reimbursement was already on its way through the banking system.

I would call the Global Service Department. Something is stuck in the software and they need to know about it and perhaps can unstick it.ericbird wrote: ↑Sun Jun 22, 2025 8:45 pm Attached a view showing EFT is ready to be sent to the bank. Re: EFT pending execution
I called Global and found my answer. It was only a pending EFT and should be processed the next day. I never noticed that message before in the past.
