Can't add new bank account for donations

Every time I try to pay my tithing online through my account, it won't let me add my new bank account and just keeps saying that there is a problem and to try again later. Been a problem for a couple of days now.

If you are trying to add the bank account while paying tithing, I don't think that will work. You have to add the bank account through the settings first.

Multiple people in my ward are having this and I also can't add a bank account through the settings. I was able to delete my old bank account but can't add another one. It's the same for reimbursement accounts as well. I submitted a ticket last week and received an acknowledgement but still not working today for me.

Suggest you call the GSD first thing in the morning with the ticket number they gave you. Donation issues should be tier 1 priority.

I just received a message that the issue preventing people from adding online donation accounts has been resolved. I was able to go in to my account and add a new account.
