LCR not allowing me to complete a new member record
Hello, my branch has recently had a convert baptism and I have been attempting to create a member record for him. The missionaries submitted a digital baptism form and LCR sent me a prompt to complete the record. When I choose Complete Member Record in the Actions pull down menu, it brings me to a page where I can review and edit the member information, but the Create Record button on the bottom is grayed out and unusable. All of the required fields are filled out and info is correct. I tried editing the fields several times but the Create Record button will not activate. Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions on what to do?

You might try incognito/private mode in case it's our old friend "cookie buildup". They can show up in odd ways.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

You have to place the person on the map prior to creating the membership. Make sure to write down the address before doing so, as from experience the software may change the address on the membership if you place the marker not exactly on the correct address. I know, there are no instructions about this part of the process at all.

Thank you! That was it, the map pin was in the wrong location. The Create Record button activated once I re-set the pin.

I wonder if that info is in a popup that's being blocked.
