Action Item (Returned Missionary with a Balance" disagrees with account detail

I have an action item of "Returned Missionary With a Balance" of $290, but this missionary's Income and Expenses Details and Summary both show a perfect zero balance. Is there a communication lag between systems that I should simply be patient about? Or is it a bug that needs to be fixed?

The action item on the monthly financial statement is as of the end of the month. If the balance was cleared after the end of the month then it's probably working as expected. If this is an action item on the Dashboard page then I THINK that is supposed to be based on the current balance. But I'm not positive about that. If the balance was zero on the monthly financial statement and the same statement shows the action item, then that would definitely seem like a bug.
