Deceased member record number
We have a family that is searching for a membership record number for a deceased family member for an insurance claim.

What does a MRN have to do with an insurance claim? That's not making much sense to me.
If the member has been recorded as deceased, all information about them disappears from the IT systems at the ward and stake level. It would require a clerk to call support.
