Balances Tab Empty - Monthly Financial Report

Normally, the Balances tab on the Monthly Financial report contains information about budgets and missionary accounts for each unit in the stake. When I navigate to this tab on the current month's financial statement, it is blank. There is a place to add comments and to accept the page but there is no information on budgets or missionary accounts for the stake. Also, when I go to a previous month's financial statement that was already approved and that had data previously. It is also blank on the Balances tab. Any help would be appreciated.

I am experiencing the same issue. I sent an email to the Global Services Department today. Hopefully they can get this resolved soon.
