Magazine subscriptions

We recently called a Magazine rep to help families make sure they are getting a copy of the church magazines into their homes. However, when he tries to log into LCR it shows that he has no access. How does he get the list of those who have magazine subscriptions or help them to order them? As a clerk I can pull up the list and I can click and enroll them if they need the help. How do we support this brother in his calling?

Access to LCR is dependent on standard callings and there is no standard calling of magazine rep. Magazine Rep, as a custom calling, will not be granted access to LCR and there is no way to give a custom calling access. The ward clerk can see all the standard callings by looking at the list of callings in LCR > Callings > Callings by Organization > All Organizations.

Someone with access to LCR > Reports > Magazine Subscriptions will have to provide a printed copy. That report will need to be provided at least monthly, or more often, since the information there is highly volatile. The magazine rep will not be able to order for a member or household as do unit leaders (bishopric, exec secretaries, clerks, organization presidencies).

Sorry for my abbreviation, he has the standardized calling Magazine Representative found in Organization> Other> Church Magazines> Magazine Representative. Can I extract the data, Yes but that's generally a sign you are doing something with the data that you should be careful with since you are extracting the data and the data safeguards that were put in place.
