Hi,
I've got a senior citizen member locked out of their account.
We've updated their email and phone number in the membership directory.
I used their membership number to prompt an account recovery, but the email belongs to her deceased son in law and she has no access. The phone number is an old phone number she no longer has access to.
I am unaware of how else to help her with this matter. Is there a way to wipe the account and start fresh?

The GSD can talk with the member to verify the member's identity and then get the verification contact information fixed and the account unlocked. The GSD won't talk with a clerk, but a clerk or other leader might be able to be on the line to help coach the senior member when needed.
