Hello,
I need to set up our printer in the library for wireless printing but my computer is saying that the certificate for the printer expired in 2020. How do I update that certificate?

I'd guess that you'd need to go to the printer manufacturer's website and download and install the latest files. The printer may be able to update itself, but may require a wired connection or have the STS add it to the NoSplash wireless policy.

We have the Xerox Versalink B405 printer/copier in our meetinghouse library. I connected it to the meetinghouse network as soon as it was installed years ago, and I have been updating the firmware as each new version was released. The current version is 38.83.11.
There was a bit of a hurdle when version 38.59.1 was released, as I had to install a special "bridge" version of the firmware before installing newer versions.
