Can't Access the Ward History Portal

Just set apart as the Ward History Specialist, but despite all of the bishop's efforts to get me the correct level of LCR access, I still can't see or access the Ward History portal on the "Unit History" page. Does anyone know if the Ward History portal has been closed or temporarily removed from LCR because of a tech update?

A couple of things you or your ward clerk might want to consider checking before someone with a more detailed answer replies:

Is your calling recorded as a standard calling rather than a custom calling? Custom callings will not confer access, but a standard calling can.

Has it been more than 24-48 hours since your calling was recorded? Some systems can take up to 24 hours (or perhaps a little longer) for changes to be visible.
