Topology view Red cloud slash

Post by bccarpenter »

Our building is experiencing intermittent outage of ISP or something similar. In the topology view all devices show a red cloud with a slash through the icon. There is a ticket open and it has been several days waiting to get things back to normal. Just asking if there are others that have seen this and what might be the issue(s).

It means the device is no longer reporting to the cloud. Possibilities include:
  • ISP is down
  • Modem needs to be reset
  • Power failure
  • Device has failed
You're going to have to visit the site and see what's wrong.
