Shared Member Tools Access for Language Units

Shared Member Tools Access for Language Units
We have a ward and a language branch who combine Primary and Youth organizations for their second hour. The Primary and Youth organization presidencies are mixed with leaders from both units. Is it possible to give all leaders access to Member Tools information for the other unit? I know we can individually add out-of-unit records for specific leaders, but I’m wondering if there is a simpler, more encompassing option. Thanks!

One workaround I've seen proposed before is for a clerk to add the Primary presidency members as out-of-unit members in the ward that doesn't have their membership records, then add them to their calling in both wards. That will allow members of both wards to see the Primary presidency in Member Tools. It might also allow the presidency members to see the rolls for both wards (but I'm not sure).
