LCR Error Saving Parents' Info on Member Record

When I try to save the parental information for a new member record, I get the following error message:

An unknown error was encountered: ruleValidation.person.birthDateIndividualOver105

Can someone help me get past this error?

You will probably need to contact the Global Service Department. The system apparently does not allow the addition of a person who is over the age of 105.

It appears you're running into a test to see if the birthdate of a living person is "sane".

Unless the new convert is well into senior citizen status, it seems unlikely you'd be entering a birthdate over 105 years into the past.

I'd double-check the birthdates entered. In the case of the parents, is there anything to indicate if they're deceased? The test may not apply if it's known the parents are dead.
