Easy way to put a Patriarchal Blessing into text

Hi guys,

Know you any good and easy way to transfer the audio of the Patriarchal Blessings into text? I know IBM's Via Voice software, but it's last available version in Portuguese is 9.0 from 2002, and it's a hard program to do. I know is more easy to find tools like this in English only, but any help to fast print the Patriarchal Blessings is always welcome.
