I have had no problems with kindoo prior to this past Thursday. I was walking up to the door of the building, I hit the open button, and all the information about which door I was at was gone. I reloaded the app from the original email I received but still nothing on the door. At the other door, I can get the name of the door to come up but it says "contractor entry" and then requires a 4 digit that is on a work order.

Only time I’ve seen that happen is when access is removed. You need to check with the person that manages this for your stake or their designee.

Seeing the contractor access login indicates you don't have access to that door. There are a few things that might cause that:
  • You might have taken the "Leave Site" option, which removes you from the Kindoo database. I suspect that's not the case here.
  • The stake Kindoo manager may have accidentally removed your access.
  • If Sentry is enabled for your stake, it may think you have been released and performed an automatic removal.
As studerje mentioned, check with your stake Kindoo manager. They can see what's going on in the Kindoo database and put it back in place, if needed.
