Removing a 4-year-old entry from Covenant Path Progreass "People Being Taught"

Removing a 4-year-old entry from Covenant Path Progreass "People Being Taught"

We have an entry on the Covenant Path Progress list under "People Being Taught" that is 4 years old, with no contact info, and nobody here now knows who the person is. Our ward clerk and our ward mission leader have tried to remove her unsuccessfully. I contacted Global Services who said that they can't remove the entry, only the full time missionaries can remove it, but the missionaries say that they can't see the entry on their system.

Any ideas?
