Does anyone ever get a response from Feedback? I have used Feedback many times, and have never received a response....

I always get an automated response that acknowledges the feedback message. The followup communication is not as reliable. My last three feedback messages resulted in both the automated message and a followup stating what action was being taken.

I have received responses. The quality of the response and the actual resolution vary, but it also might depend on which "department" receives the Feedback.

Proof that there is life on the other side of the Feedback submission form, and that sometime issues are resolved in a timely fashion!

But as stated, we don't really have any insight into why this particular issue was resolved within a couple of days of submission, while many/most others fall into a virtual black hole. Unclear, and understandably frustrating.
