I'm curious to hear what has worked well in other wards.
Sometimes we focus on larger technology projects, but I've found that small improvements often have the biggest impact. For example, keeping a shared calendar updated, organizing documents in a consistent location, or making sure everyone knows where to find the latest meeting schedules can save a surprising amount of time.
Our ward has also benefited from having one or two members who are willing to help others with meetinghouse technology before Sunday meetings start. A few minutes of preparation can prevent a lot of last-minute stress.
What is one simple technology practice that has made life easier in your ward or stake? It doesn't have to be complicated—just something that has consistently worked well for your local leaders and members.
I'd be interested to learn ideas that could easily be adopted by other units.
What simple technology improvement has made the biggest difference in your ward?
